One of the best hidden secrets of Bozeman, MT is the Sweet Pea Bakery. The opera cake, layers of mousse and cake, covered with a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate topping and sprinkled with gold flakes is the best dessert I have ever had. Keep going in, as they will come out with a new dessert from time to time...that are "limited edition". The last one I had was the grasshopper cake. I take all of my company that visits Bozeman to Sweet Pea Bakery...and they never dissappoint! |
