One person is confirmed missing following the natural gas explosion on East

Main Street Thursday morning, city officials said.

The explosion, which destroyed several buildings and triggered a fire that has been burning for hours, occurred at about 8:15 a.m., before most businesses had opened for the day.

The name of the missing individual has not been released, according to Bozeman’s Deputy Police Chief Mark LaChapelle.

Wow, I woke up this morning and this was the first thing I heard about. What is unusual is that I am working in Battambang Cambodia right now. Bozeman you are global! I am going to receive a blessing this weekend from a Buddhist monk, I will ask him to send blessings to Bozeman especially to all of you that are directly affected. It is a renewal weekend for me, I will dedicate it to renewal for all of you.

LOL! I live about 10 blocks from the site and I heard nothing. Someone in Cambodia awakes to the news. I didn't know about the explosion until someone pointed the smoke cloud out to me about 8:40 AM MST. What a screwy world.
