Just because a company is pet friendly doesn't mean they are employee friendly.

BUT to be devils advocate-she let this go on over a year. Sorry, if my job wasn't paying me what I was supposed to be paid, I wouldn't be working there.

I would suspect that else happened behind the scenes of this lawsuit.

You should really look into the past history of the founder of the company.
